An early cut of my friend Anuvab Pal’s (Loins of Punjab) mockumentary The President is Coming is showing next week at SAIFF in Manhattan. Konkona Sen Sharma, Shernaz Patel (Black) and Ira Dubey, Lilette’s daughter, co-star. Most of the stage actors, who are uniformly hilarious, found roles in the film.
